Word reached the Chancellor’s Office that Sr. Rosa Ulloa, a member of the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception from Honduras, passed away in the Lord on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Sr. Rosa worked at La Clinica Guadalupana in Clearwater for 10 years. She also served at St. Cecilia Parish as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and helped with the RCIA Program. Funeral arrangements are pending at this time.
