The Chancellor’s Office was recently informed of the death of Reverend Fracilus Petit-Homme, S.M.M., 81, a priest of the Montfort Missionaries and former Administrator of the Immaculate Conception Haitian Mission, Tampa from 2004 to 2007.  Father Petit-Homme passed away in Miami, Florida, on Friday, December 1, 2023, following a battle with prostate cancer.

After leaving the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Father Petit-Homme was assigned by his community to ministry in the Diocese of Orlando.  For years, he resided in Winter Haven and provided assistance to local parishes, including St. Anne, in Haines City, and Holy Spirit, in Lake Wales.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:
Wake, December 15th at Notre Dame Catholic d’Haiti Catholic Church, located at 110 NE 62nd St, Miami, FL  33138.
Funeral Mass on Saturday, December 16th at the same location mentioned above.
