While we are separated by quarantines, self-isolation and social distancing, Pope Francis reminds us that, united in Christ, we are never alone. We know that in addition to needing us in times of crisis, our people feel the need to give where they can, in ways that they can. Our parishioners have come through time after time. We believe that if we start by ministering and serving, in Christs name, we can weather this storm thanks to the proven generosity they have shown.
The Office of Stewardship and Development has prepared the following resources we believe can assist parishes in communicating about how we are serving and in turn, still need the support of our people. These times call for learning new software and technology while still utilizing traditional communication methods to make sure that we are effectively reaching out to all. Therefore, resources include ideas, best practices and samples parishes can use and adapt as needed.
