Each Parish Team was emailed a copy of the Parish Action Plan submitted by your faith community in 2019 for Courageously Living the Gospel. This plan detailed the strategies (specific and measurable outcome with a date for achievement) and milestones your leadership team established. Please refer to your plan as you complete this survey for your local efforts.
