Active Employees who are turning 65 years of age with no plans of retiring and who are currently enrolled in the DOSP Health Benefits plan must choose one of the following:

• Waive medical benefits through the Diocese and seek other coverage such as Medicare or other Private Group Insurance.
• Formally defer Medicare Part B benefits by contacting the Social Security Office and remaining on the DOSP Health Benefits.
