Ms. Lynn Bartolotta
Ms. Lynn Bartolotta, 36, daughter of Father Victor Bartolotta, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 17, 2018.  Father Bartolotta is a retired priest of the Diocese of Rochester, living in the Diocese of St. Petersburg, where he provides assistance to parishes as needed.  Before his retirement this past July, he served for one year as Parochial Vicar of St. Paul Parish, Tampa, and previously worked as a Chaplain for St. Joseph Hospital, Tampa.

Lynn was born to Victor and Maxie Venuti Bartolotta.  When she was 3 years old, her mother died of cancer.  Her father subsequently discerned a vocation to the priesthood and was accepted into a formation program at Saint Bernard’s Institute, in Rochester, New York.  He was ordained for the Diocese of Rochester in 1990.  In addition to her father, Ms. Bartolotta is survived by her adopted sister, Katherine.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 10851 Ridge Road, Seminole.  Expressions of sympathy may be sent to Rev. Victor Bartolotta in care of St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, at the aforementioned address.

Saints of God, come to her aid!  Come to meet her, angels of the Lord!  Receive her soul and present her to God the Most High.
