SERVICES SUMMARY:

Qualifications:

Must possess documented evidence of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited university
Experience as a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator is required
Must be skilled with word processing and database management software in a Windows
environment

Responsibilities:

Overall development and implementation of the Catholic Religious Education program
Developing, proposing, and tracking a 12-month calendar of Catholic Religious Education events and scheduled classes
Providing an orientation for all new teachers and other training workshops, as needed, during the school year.
Preparing Religious Education publicity materials
Developing and tracking the annual Catholic Religious Education budget
Preparing for the Sacraments, preparing, coordinating and transmitting sacramental records to the Archdiocese of Military Services and/or other governing Catholic bodies, as applicable
Recruiting and training approximately 40 volunteers to staff the Religious Education program, including sacramental preparation
Attend meetings as required
