Internship Opportunity
Job Title: Accounting and Finance Internship
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Salary: $17-$20/hr.

Position Summary – The Accounting and Finance Intern will be responsible for a variety of accounting related activities and special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in follow-up of outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Special project related to the reporting of World Mission Sunday collection.
  • Assist in employee expense report processing.
  • Ad hoc accounting analysis
  • Backup to clerical staff and other office duties as required.
  • Additional ad hoc responsibilities as requested.
    Education, Experience and Qualifications
  • Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
  • Thorough understanding of the beliefs and workings of the Catholic Church.
  • Enrolled in Accounting or Finance Program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office application (Advanced Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
    Work Environment
    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, printers. Employees may bring their own device for work purposes.
