Renewal Process: All consumer sales tax exemption certificates will have the same expiration date and will be automatically renewed every five years. Toward the end of the exemption period a renewed Florida Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-14) will automatically be sent to the address on the expiring certificate.
