| December-February | Begin developing strategies for Parish Action Master Plans for Youth Ministry, Family Ministry, Missionary Discipleship. Attend January 15-16 training if additional assistance is needed. Click here to view times/locations. |
| February (Multiple dates/locations ) | Attend a two-day workshop offered by CLI to learn about SMART Strategies based on parish research from DMI. (DMI-Total Support parishes only. Your participation is required.) Click here to view dates/locations. |
| March 1 | Submit Parish Action Plan to Bishop Gregory Parkes. The Parish Action Plan is comprised of three goals with the corresponding set of SMART strategies. |
| Dates to be Determined | Once the Parish Action Plan is approved, all parish point persons guide the implementation of the strategies and lead others to success and to resolve challenges. |
