Blue Mass for First Responders May 12
What: 4th Annual Blue Mass

Where: St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 2281 State Road 580, Clearwater
Who: Fr. Ted Costello, Chaplain to the Clearwater Police Department and Associate Pastor of St. Michael the Archangel Parish will be the celebrant of the Blue Mass.

The Blue Mass is an ecumenical and interfaith event to pray for and honor the men and women serving the Tampa Bay region as federal, state, and local law enforcement personnel and emergency responders, including Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians, Sheriff Deputies, Police Officers, Troopers, Special Agents, Security Professionals and 9-1-1 Operators. Family members, friends, and all supporters are also invited.

- Pinellas Park Police Department
- St. Petersburg Police Department
- Belleair Police Department
- Kenneth City Police Department
- Tarpon Springs Police Department
The Blue Mass is offered in thanksgiving for first responders who provide protection and safety for our community. The celebrant, Father Ted Costello will request God’s blessing on officers who are present as well as their families who love and support these local heroes.
