Vocation Ministry Workshop
We are excited to announce that Mrs. Rosemary Sullivan, the Executive Director of the National Conference of Diocesan Vocation Directors, will be joining us as the keynote speaker at the St. Petersburg Diocese Vocations Ministry Workshop at the Bethany Center, 18150 Bethany Center Drive, Lutz.  Mrs. Sullivan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of vocations, and her insights are sure to inspire and guide us in our ministry efforts. Her dedication to promoting and nurturing vocations aligns seamlessly with our mission in the St. Petersburg Diocese. Join us for an enlightening and engaging session as Mrs. Rosemary Sullivan shares her wisdom and passion for fostering vocations within our community.  The workshop promises to be an enriching experience for all those who attend. Adorare 2024
The Office of Vocations and Elisheba House are excited to invite you to celebrate National Vocations Awareness Week by participating in our diocesan event, ADORARE 2024 – 40 Hours of Eucharistic Adoration for Vocations.  The event will take place from November 7-9, 2024, at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 2348 Collier Pkwy, Land O’ Lakes, with time blocks set aside for different ways and groups to pray for an increase in vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and consecrated life.

Mass of the Precious Souls
The annual Mass of the Precious Souls (formerly known as the Mass of the Angels) for children (born or unborn) who have gone to be with the Lord will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 11:00 am, at St. Timothy Parish, 17512 Lakeshore Road, Lutz.

Families are invited to bring  a picture of their child or children to be displayed in the Narthex of the Church during the Mass.  For more information or to have your child’s name added to the program, please contact Heidi Varley at (727) 344-1611, ext. 5356 or email: hlv@dosp.org.

Together in Holiness Formation Series – Married Couples
The Together in Holiness Formation series is a year-round marriage enrichment, specifically designed for those in their early years of marriage or with children in the home. If you’re looking to be a part of a small community of couples where you receive formation, support, and tools not just to survive, but to thrive in your marriage, this is for you! Couples gather in homes for 7 sessions throughout the course of a year to enjoy a meal and fellowship, a short video, time for prayer and discussion, and practical follow-up activities at home. This series is available for Spanish-speaking couples through translated materials and captioned videos. Married and In Love…Most of the Time!
Enrichment Day for Married Couples
This one-day marriage enrichment opportunity is being offered by the Diocese of St. Petersburg and Worldwide Marriage Encounter on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Bishop W. Thomas Larkin Pastoral Center in St. Petersburg.  Married couples of all ages and stages are invited. Take the time to renew and reconnect with your spouse and with other couples in our Catholic Community. Invite your married friends and spend the day reflecting on your own love story and hearing about new ways to live your best life in love.  Invitation to Join the Carmelite Spirituality
Carmelite Spirituality – A Deeper Prayer Life, according to the teachings of St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross and St. Thérèse of Lisieux. Mary Queen of Carmel community of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites is offering three 1-hr informational meetings in the John Bosco Center at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, 2405 Philippe Parkway in Safety Harbor on Sat.  Sept. 21 at 11am; Sat. Oct. 19 at 11am; and Sat. Nov. 16 at 11am. Attendance at ALL THREE meetings is part of the initial discernment process.

Saint Leo University’s Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies Offers Visits of Church, Synagogue
Saint Leo University’s Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies invites everyone to build deeper appreciation of the religious life of our neighbors at an event at the Congregation Kol Ami. You’re invited to visit the facilities and participate in a question-and-answer session at the event.
