CHRISM MASS UPDATE
In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, and after reviewing the protocols for the State of Florida, issued by Governor DeSantis, Bishop Parkes has decided the following with regard to the Chrism Mass, scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2020:

• The Mass will be celebrated in the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle, although it will not be open to the general public this year.
• It will be broadcast via livestream on our diocesan website, https://www.dosp.org/livestream/, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
• The Vicars Forane (Deans), representing each deanery of the Diocese will be present, in order to receive the blessed oils and to arrange for distribution to the parishes in their region.
