About Card. Timothy Radcliffe, O.P.:

  • Pope Francis personally invited him to give the retreat for the opening of the Synod on Synodality in Rome
  • Named official Retreat Master for both Synod sessions
  • Pope Francis recognizes Father Timothy as a thoughtful and engaging spiritual leader, and a seasoned navigator of polarized institutions, knowing how to hold different views in creative tension. He sets the tone for what is shaping up to be one of the most consequential Church gatherings in decades

Cardinal Radcliffe has provided spiritual reflections throughout the Synod proceedings, and the Diocese of Saint Petersburg is honored to welcome him to lead a Priests Study Day at our Priest Convocation and for this public event. He will be coming to us for this public presentation within a few weeks of the conclusion of the second session – we are his first stop after he leaves Rome!

The Bethany Center is located at 18150 Bethany Center Drive, Lutz, Florida 33558.

The presentation on November 19th will focus on the results of the Synod on Synodality, and will be followed by a question and answer session.
