Word reached the Chancellor’s Office to the passing of Mrs. Joyce Morgan, 85, on January 3, 2025, following a recent illness.  She is the mother of Father Thomas Morgan, Rector of the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle, St. Petersburg, and Administrator of St. Joseph Parish, St. Petersburg.  She is also the mother of Mrs. Kelly Kearney, Principal of Corpus Christi Catholic School, Temple Terrace.  Mrs. Morgan previously served in Youth Ministry and Faith Formation for St. Clement Parish, Plant City, and as Director of Faith Formation at St. Stephen Parish, Riverview.

All funeral services will take place at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 5225 N. Himes Avenue, Tampa and are as follows:
Visitation:              Thursday, January 9, 2025, 5:00-6:30 p.m., in the Chapel, immediately preceding the Funeral Mass.
Funeral Mass:        Thursday, January 9, 2025, 6:30 p.m., in the Main Church
Burial will take place on Friday, January 10, 2025, 10:00 a.m., at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 5233 118^th Avenue N., Clearwater.
