The Chancellor’s Office received word from Reverend Garry Welsh, Pastor of St. Anthony of Padua, San Antonio, that his brother, Mr. John Welsh, 61, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024, after a battle with pancreatic cancer.  Mr. Welsh resided in Tamworth, Staffordshire, United Kingdom and is survived by his wife, Carol, and their four daughters: Nicole, Sara, Jennifer, and Carol.

Funeral arrangements are pending at this time.
