Renewal Process: All consumer sales tax exemption certificates will have the same expiration date and will be automatically renewed every five years. Toward the end of the exemption period a renewed Florida Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-14) will automatically be sent to the address on the expiring certificate.  This is an automatic process and requires no effort by the exempt organization.  For more details on how this “automatically” happens, the following link is available:  Florida Catholic Conference – Sales Tax Exemption Instructions – Tallahassee, FL (flacathconf.org)
