¿Por qué el SEPI  trae el nivel I de la Escuela de Ministerios a la Diócesis de St. Petersburg?

La formación es un proceso continuo y quien ha disfrutado aprendiendo, desea aprender más. Quien ha descubierto que formarse bien es una necesidad para quien quiere servir mejor, desea seguir el proceso de formación.

El Instituto Pastoral del Sureste (SEPI) a través de sus Escuelas de Ministerios quiere ser un instrumento de formación que ofrezca respuestas concretas a las  necesidades pastorales de nuestra región, muy en especial, a la Diócesis St. Petersburg. Con este nivel I se ofrecen nuevos contenidos para completar la formación de los líderes hispanos. Invitamos a los líderes hispanos a asomarse a otros terrenos del conocimiento.

De acuerdo con la coordinadora, hemos elegido para la diócesis de St. Petersburg unos módulos de carácter más pastoral y práctico, que esperamos les sean de gran utilidad en sus ministerios.

¿Cuáles son los objetivos de la Escuela de Ministerios?

  • Una formación doctrinal básica para todos
  • Capacitación técnica para un servicio eficaz, creativo y comunitario de todos los ministerios
  • Toma de mayor conciencia acerca de la comunidad hispana de la Diócesis de St. Petersburg

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para los participantes?

  • La firma del párroco
  • Compromiso de vida cristiana
  • Disposición de trabajo serio
  • Vinculación a un grupo o parroquia que asegure la continuidad en el ministerio
  • Asistencia a todo el programa

Aprobación:

La Escuela de Ministerios cuenta con la aprobación del Obispo de la Diócesis, quien a través de su director o directora del Ministerio Hispano, establece el programa en coordinación con el Instituto Pastoral del Sureste (SEPI), el cual provee tanto los   cursos como los profesores.

Funcionamiento:

La Escuela de Ministerios ofrece un programa continuo cuyos cursos son ofrecidos cada dos meses aproximadamente, durante 15 horas en los fines de semana. De esta forma hacemos posible que un mayor número de personas puedan participar del programa sin necesidad de verse sobrecargados por el mismo.

Certificación:

La certificación es otorgada a toda persona que cumpla satisfactoriamente con los requisitos de la Escuela de Ministerio de Pastoral Hispana del Instituto Pastoral del Sureste (SEPI).

Why SEPI brings the Level I of the School of Ministries to the Diocese of St. Petersburg?

Formation is a continuous process and whoever has enjoyed learning, wishes to keep learning. Whoever has discovered that getting good formation is a need, and a person that wants to serve better, wishes to continue the process of formation.

The Southeast Pastoral Institute (SEPI) through the School of Ministries wants to be a formation instrument that offers concrete solutions to the pastoral needs in our region, especially in the Diocese of St. Petersburg.   The Level I offers new content to complete the formation of Hispanic leaders.  We invite the Hispanic leaders to take a peek into the other levels of knowledge.

In agreement with the Coordinator, we have chosen for the Diocese of St. Petersburg modules that are considered more pastoral and practical, which we hope will be of great assistance in your ministries.

What are the objectives of the Ministries Schools?

  • A basic doctrinal formation for all
  • Technical preparation for a more efficient service, that is creative and common to all the ministries
  • Great awareness regarding the Hispanic community in the Diocese of Petersburg

What are the requirements for the participants?

  • The parish priest’s signature
  • A commitment to a Christian life
  • Disposition for hard work
  • Be part of a ministry or parish that will ensure the continuity in ministry
  • Attendance through the whole program

Approval:

The School of Ministries has the approval of the Bishop of the Diocese, who through the Director of the Hispanic Ministry establishes the program in coordination with the Southeast Pastoral Institute.  The Institute facilitates the classes and the professors.

Functionality:

The School of Ministries offers a continued education program.  The classes are offered every two months approximately, for 15 hours during weekends.  This way we make it possible that a larger number of people can participate of the program without having a big burden with the program.

Certification:

It is obtained by each person that complies satisfactorily with the requirements of School of Ministries of the Southeast Pastoral Institute (SEPI) and the Diocese of St. Petersburg.
