All Full-time and Part-time with Benefits employees are enrolled to participate in and are automatically provided basic health insurance coverage (Plan B) – through the Diocese of St. Petersburg Self-Funded Health Plan.
This plan is a PPO PLAN PROVIDING MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, AND PRESCRIPTION COVERAGE, AND ADMINISTERED BY UNITED HEALTH CARE. Premiums for this coverage are paid by the Employer. Employees may purchase an enhanced health care benefit (Plan A) and dependent health care insurance with premiums which can be paid as a pre-tax deduction. Coverage will become effective the first of the month following 30 days of continuous active employment.
