September 19, 2016 - Today every student at BSCS got involved to CARE for our school as part of The Week of Caring in the Year of Mercy! VPK students cleaned toys while kindergarten students collected trash on the field. First graders worked with their eighth grade buddies to plant flowers, pick weeds and gather twigs. Second and fourth grade worked together to collect trash and remove all the weeds from the sand play area. Fifth grade worked together on the stairs, picking weeds and taking sticks and bags to the trash. Third grade washed the walls and cleaned the doors. Our sixth graders cleaned their buddies playground and seventh grade painted a new hopscotch, tic-tac-toe and bowling on the VPK playground for all their buddies to enjoy. Our eighth grade beautified their outdoor picnic area and has big plans for the spring! Photo credit: Blessed Sacrament Catholic School in Seminole.
